Social media and netiquette

The Montreal Children’s Hospital is committed to reading all comments posted on its social media pages on a regular basis and responding in a timely fashion. We encourage our followers to actively participate in virtual exchanges and to share their ideas and experiences. A few simple rules are in place to frame said exchanges and ensure that the tone remains cordial and respectful.

In the same line of thought, we invite our followers to remain open and inclusive in their comments. No postings that involve threats, harassment or inflammatory language will be tolerated. The Montreal Children’s Hospital is not responsible for any comments left by users.

The Montreal Children’s Hospital reserves the right to delete any posting or comment that:

· Is abusive, defamatory, obscene, degrading or insulting
· Violates copyrights

· Published for commercial, political, religious, sectarian or propaganda purposes.

For complaints, we invite you to contact our ombudsman by email at the following address: [email protected].
