Daycare reserved for children of employees of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).

No mandatory overtime (TSO), 12-hour shifts, hybrid home/office in certain sectors.

New employees start with four (4) weeks of vacation after one full year of service.

New managers receive six (6) weeks of vacation after one full year of service.

It’s nice to know that you have paid personal and sick days in the bank if you need them.

For full-time employees, 9.6 sick days, some of which can be used for personal reasons, are accumulated throughout the year, and any unused ones are fully paid out each December.

Managers are compensated for any sick days taken during the year.

These defined benefit pension programs are designed to make your retirement years as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
