Finding your closest community CLSC (Montreal, Montérégie, Laval)

To effectively navigate the health care system and find the resources available to you, you will often need to know the name of the CLSC of your neighbourhood. If you do not know the name of your CLSC, please follow the instructions below.

What is a CLSC?

A Local Health and Community Center (CLSC in French) is a centre that prevides several health services with different health professionals all under a same roof: they offer walk-in clinics, vaccination clinics, and several other services.

2. Enter the your postal code on the above webpage. The portal will generate the CLSC closest to you. 

3. Once you have the name and location of your CLSC, you may find additional information on the location, operating hours and services offered by consulting the following link: http://www.santemontreal.qc.ca/en/chercher-une-adresse/#clsc
