As a hospital within a hospital, the Montreal Children’s Hospital has its own administration and its own Advisory Board, called the Council for Services to Children and Adolescents (CSCA). The MCH’s executive team includes an associate executive director, associate director of professional services, associate director of nursing and associate director of hospital services. The MCH executive team works closely with their counterparts at the MUHC.
