The Edwards Family Interdisciplinary Centre for Complex Pain is an interdisciplinary clinical, educational and research team. The CCP has developed strong partnerships with patients, families and community partners to increase access to care and ensure a seamless transition. We work towards improving physical and psychological function, stabilizing sleep and social function, increasing activity levels and managing pain.

Our model of care

Considering the multifactorial nature and far-reaching consequences of chronic pain, multiple healthcare providers of different specialties are needed to assess and treat patients with chronic pain conditions.
