The Pharmacy Department of the Montreal Children’s Hospital prepares and distributes medication used in the hospital and its clinics. We provide pharmaceutical care and education to patients, families and healthcare professionals.

Services

Each day, we prepare the following medications for patients:

Tablets, capsules and oral liquids
Intravenous (IV) antibiotics
Total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
Chemotherapy preparations

We also care for specialized outpatient populations and patients involved in clinical drug studies.
