Patients with rare diseases need multidisciplinary care teams that can address their physical and psychosocial needs as well as access to timely diagnosis and treatment. Experts of the McGill University Health Centre’s (MUHC) Consortium for Rare Disease Research can follow a patient from infancy to adulthood. We work together to focus on the needs of people with rare diseases so we can provide better care for them.
