A new online booking system, CLIC SANTÉ, allows you to book appointments at MUHC blood collection centres. Simply click on a link to book an appointment at a time that suits you.

This user-friendly system works well on all devices: computers, mobile phones and tablets.

How does it work when I arrive at the blood collection centre?

• We are open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (except on public holidays).
• Please bring your Montreal Children’s Hospital case number, the child’s RAMQ card, and a completed and legible request form. The request must include: the requested specimens, the physician’s name and license number, the name and address of the clinic where the child is being treated, the child’s name, date of birth, or health insurance number (RAMQ), the date of the request and any signed consent forms, if applicable.
• Please arrive at the blood test center ten minutes before your appointment and take a number.
• Your number will be called, and you will be registered at the front desk before your blood draw.
