Upcoming winter storm raises alarms at MCH Trauma Centre
12 February 2025
9 September 2024
Starting in September, the You, Me, Baby program will be available to patients at the McGill University Health Centre.
This online self-care platform promotes well-being and mental health to help prevent anxiety and depression in pregnant women and new mothers. The 10 modules can be completed confidentially, with the support of a partner and/or a member of the health and social services network or community services.
The modules include tools for stress management and the adoption of relaxation, mindfulness and self-compassion techniques. Supported by research, the program includes approaches derived from cognitive-behavioral therapy.
