When teenagers with intellectual impairments turn 18, they graduate from pediatric to adult care. Despite their age, however, they will still need complete access to a variety of healthcare services to ensure that their transition is a smooth one.
Join us for an evening of discussion about some of the financial, legal and medical topics related to transitioning from pediatric to adult health care for young adults who have an intellectual impairment.
