The first baby of the year 2023 at the MUHC is a girl!

Montreal, January 1, 2023 – New Year’s good news has arrived at the McGill University Health Centre in the form of a baby girl weighing 7.15 pounds, born at 00:29 am on January 1, 2023. She and her mother are doing well. The mother, Rigin Laguting, and the father, Jose Luis Torres-Marquez, are from the city of Montreal.
