Update on in-room entertainment services

The in-room entertainment service previously offered by Hôpitel is no longer available at the Montreal Children’s Hospital (MCH). We are actively working on introducing a new service. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you do not subscribe to or contact Hôpitel.

Free Wi-Fi available

Patients and families can use their personal devices to access online content through the MCH’s free Wi-Fi network:

• Network name: CUSM-MUHC-PUBLIC
• Username: public
• Password: wifi

Refunds for Hôpitel subscriptions

The MCH is working with the relevant parties to ensure that patients who paid for a Hôpitel subscription receive a refund.
